Waitlist and Founding Batch Terms

These Waitlist and Founding Batch Terms apply when you join the Vybe waitlist or are offered a place in the Vybe founding batch. They are part of our Terms of Service.

1. Joining is free

Joining the waitlist is free and requires no purchase and no payment details. It does not create an order, a contract to buy, or a reservation of any specific product, price, color, size, or delivery date.

2. No guarantees

Vybe is a pre-launch product. Features, specifications, battery life, availability, pricing, and ship dates are targets and may change. Dates shown on our roadmap are targets, not guarantees. We may change, pause, or end the waitlist or founding batch at any time.

3. Founding batch

Founding batch places are limited. We decide allocation, which may consider signup order, region, program needs, and supply. If we offer you a founding batch place, the offer will state its own terms, price, and timeline, and you are free to decline it. No payment is taken unless you accept an offer at checkout.

4. Pre-orders and deposits

If we later offer pre-orders or deposits, they will be governed by separate terms shown before you pay, including expected shipping time, your right to cancel for a full refund if we cannot ship on time, and refund timing, as required by the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and other applicable law.

5. One entry per person

Please sign up once, with accurate information. We may remove duplicate, automated, or fraudulent signups. Waitlist places cannot be sold or transferred.

6. Messages from Vybe

By joining, you agree to receive emails about your waitlist status, founding batch offers, and Vybe updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Vybe at that number about your waitlist status, offers, and updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or email justvybe@vybe.health. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Your information

We use waitlist information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it. You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist and delete your information at any time.
