By accessing or using Vybe Health websites, devices, apps, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of service
Vybe provides health sensing hardware, mobile and web applications, and optional enterprise, developer, and research services. Consumer health insights are included with the hardware you purchase; Vybe does not charge a recurring fee to access your own data.
3. Purchases and pre-orders
Waitlist signups do not guarantee availability or pricing. All device purchases are subject to our order acceptance, shipping terms, and applicable refund policy at the time of purchase.
4. Intellectual property
Vybe Health owns all rights to the Vybe name, logo, software, designs, algorithms, and content unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.
5. Health information disclaimer
Vybe is a wellness and performance tool, not a medical device or diagnostic service unless explicitly cleared for that purpose. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vybe Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
