Planned sensor-level access for research
Vybe plans to develop research access to sensor-level signals alongside processed wellness metrics. The goal is to let researchers inspect how an interpretation is derived rather than rely only on a proprietary score. This access is not available today.
Potential research data may include movement and sleep-related signals. HRV and heart-rate measurements, measurement performance, and research metrics have not been established. Future studies would need to assess each measure for the specific protocol.
Structured exports, cloud processing and SDK libraries are planned, not released tools. No SDK is currently available; formats, documentation, access terms and timelines remain to be confirmed.
Wearability and adherence are research questions
Vybe's planned screenless hardware targets comfortable day-and-night wear and multi-day battery life. These are design goals, not measured battery or adherence results. Actual wear time, data completeness and measurement accuracy would need to be evaluated in each study.
Planned cohort tools would support enrollment, provisioning and adherence reporting. Hardware supply, replacements and study support are proposed arrangements, not services that a study can rely on today.
Vybe's pre-launch consumer plan has no required subscription for wellness insights. Research access and support would have separate terms, and both consumer and research terms must be confirmed before a study is scheduled.
Consent, ethics and what Vybe will not do
The planned research privacy model includes explicit, revocable participant consent and Bluetooth-first data flow. These controls are intended to support governance review, not replace ethics approval or demonstrate regulatory compliance. Vybe does not sell personal health data.
Vybe's intended insights are for wellness, not diagnosis, treatment or clinical monitoring. Neither planned raw-data access nor interpreted metrics should be assumed suitable for clinical-grade classification without protocol-specific evidence.
